What you will get in return is someone who will honor your pace and comfort level. I will work with you to decide if you would like skills to help you through rough patches or explore ways to heal at a deeper level. The beautiful thing about life is that there is no singular way of getting to our destination. Trust me, my journey hasn’t been a straight line and I am open about my flaws and mistakes. Whether it’s anxiety symptoms, PTSD treatment, trauma, depression, anger, mistrust of others or mistrust of yourself, I’m here to walk along side you.
